About The Lawrence Region AACA

Welcome to our web site. The Lawrence Region AACA was chartered in 1976, following several years as a chapter of the Topeka Region AACA. Our members are dedicated to the restoration, preservation and enjoyment of old cars. Our cars range from Hupmobiles, Model A Roadsters, a Star, a Liberty, classic Chevys, Mustangs, and Camaros. We sponsor two major events each year: a swap meet in May and a car show in October. We hold monthly meetings along with picnics, cruises, second Saturday tours and day trips. You must be a member of AACA to be a member of our region chapter, but you don't have to own an antique automobile.
